- You will be bound by the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement available on this website.
- You are authorised by the employer to upload the required information in respect of its employees.
- You are entirely responsible for
- maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password;
- all the information that you provide in respect of your fund and consequently any calculations based on the information that you provided;
- notifying Liberty immediately of any unauthorised use of your user name and/or password or any other breach of security; and
- losses incurred by Liberty or a third party due to someone other than you using your user name and/or password.
- We are required to collect, process and or share your employees' Personal Information (PI). The PI is collected, processed and or shared by our staff, representatives or sub-contractors and we make every effort to protect and secure the PI. You are entitled at any time to request access to and amend the information Liberty has collected, processed and shared. By providing PI through this webpage, you, hereby, confirm that you have received explicit consent from your employees and all interested parties for Liberty to receive, access and process their PI. You have a say in how Liberty uses the PI provided to us. Please note that Liberty complies with the principles as set out in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). You, therefore, authorise us to collect, record, store and process the employees' personal information. Information contained in this system is subject to change from time to time. - You and Liberty each undertake to implement commercially reasonable measures to detect and/or prevent unauthorised access to your information technology systems and particularly in respect of protecting the integrity of and preventing unauthorised access to any confidential information belonging to the other party that it has in its possession or under its control.
- You and Liberty hereby indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claim, damages, penalty or fine as a result of the other party failing to comply with its obligations in terms of the above clauses, including costs on an attorney and client basis.
